Homeland Security Border Monitoring: In light of the need to secure our borders, many organizations and systems are in place to ensure our security.  Test procedures were prepared, testing performed and systems evaluated.  This complex system involved remote operation, observations, logic and programming of systems.  Client-Pacific Northwest National Labs 

Nuclear Waste Transfer System, Savannah River, South Carolina, has many of the same challenges as Hanford.  The site is also undergoing cleanup operations and BE was contracted to design, fabricate, deliver and install a qualified nuclear waste transfer system and provide operation support.  The use of an innovative robotic system provided by a team member provided additional challenges.  This multimillion task required many aspects technical services that was provided by BE.  Client-URS/SRS
